Her biggest and most exciting achievement to date was working at Royal Mail and being part of the biggest leadership transformations.

When we focus on our strengths and abilities, we will be challenged with the psychological pattern that will occur when we doubt our own abilities.
Kay has recently returned from travelling across South America, where she decided to write a book that is designed to share life hacks around ‘The Power Of Three’ a technique that has helped thousands of individuals work on themselves.
Her favourite phrase is let’s make positive vulnerability a safe space within work. Kay often shares the true meaning of this phrase during her speeches and many workshops.
If you are looking for high performing teams, Kay is your lady.
