Your place on a course
Your place on a course is confirmed once we have received payment from you and you have received an email from us confirming your booking. Our acceptance of your booking will give rise to a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions, governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
Substitution
If you are unable to attend the course, you may send someone else in your place with no charge. No amendment to your booking will be valid unless you email [email protected] and you receive confirmation from us.
Your rights to cancel
You may cancel your booking without charge at any time within 14 days from the order date by emailing [email protected]. This 14-day period is known as the ‘Cancellation Period’. This does not apply if your cancellation is within 14 days of the course date.
If you wish to cancel your place on a course after the Cancellation Period, you will be able to receive the following refunds.
Cancellation 0-14 days after order date 100% refund
Cancellation 45 days+ before the course date 100% refund
Cancellation 45 to 15 days before the course date 50% refund
Cancellation 14 days or less before the course date No refund
If you do not attend the course No refund
