Want to get some fresh insight into managing your workload?

It seems that there is never enough time to get everything done! No sooner than one thing gets ticked off then ten more get added!

This workshop will give you space to reflect on how you are currently using your time and suggest some tools that you may wish to consider using to support you to manage that to do list!

During our time together we will look at:

  • Understanding time management
  • Working with yourself not against yourself
  • Prioritization techniques
  • Managing to do lists
  • Saying No (or not yet)

Who should attend the workshop

  • Managers, team leads and staff in a supervisory role within primary care

Workshop format

Tutors: Nicola Harry or Tracy Madgwick

All participants will need access to a laptop or PC with camera and sound in a quiet space. Please have your camera on if possible during the training as this makes is more enjoyable for everyone.

We will send the slides out to all participants after the workshop.
