Training Courses

A full range of non-clinical training for healthcare managers and teams.

The right non-clinical training can have a real impact on a surgery’s performance, staff wellbeing and overall atmosphere. Delivered by experienced professionals, our courses quickly develop understanding and skills in key non-clinical areas, giving you plenty of practical tools and ideas to apply in the workplace.

There are two workshop options:

  • In-house. We deliver the workshop in person at your venue. Training can be delivered to multiple teams or surgeries, and course content and approach can be adjusted to your requirements.
  • Online. Using Zoom or an alternative, workshops are delivered as tutor-facilitated interactive video sessions. This option is ideal when managing infection risk is a priority.
