Feedback
It was very beneficial being able to do the course with people in similar situations so we could relate and share experiences. I have learnt new skills that I can use in my new role as manager. And overall feel I am better equipped at going into my managerial role.
Hearing others experiences was really useful, it was good to be given the opportunity to network as working in this role can feel very isolated at times. (April 2024)
I liked the interactive activities, it got the group discussing and talking about their own experiences within their roles. It was one of the best courses I have been on to date. (February 2024)
I was very much made to feel like a team - and everyone felt comfortable to contribute. I felt I was listened to. It made me understand my role, and my expectations and how they may differ from higher management - good points to take to my 1:1 (February 2024)
I really liked the break off room when we discussed things in small groups and shared experiences (April 2024)
