Feedback
I'm new to an HR role after a break from staff management more than a decade ago so found it all incredibly useful and relevant. (November 2024)
The trainer was knowledgeable and helpful, the activities were engaging and useful (September 2024)
It was very beneficial to hear of other Practices experiencing the same issues as I have been. It made me feel like I was not alone. The trainer encouraged us all to communicate and allowed time for us all to do so effectively. I am now more aware of the HR processes, which is very useful. (September 2024)
I think the most important thing for me was the strong message " Don't be afraid to Manage" . We seem to be bogged down with the law and HR guidance being heavily weighted towards the employee (not always a bad thing I agree) but now I feel more confident in tackling some issues that I might well otherwise have been VERY cautious about! (March 2024)
I found the real life examples and situations very useful in making the learning practical to the workplace.(March 2024)
