This concise yet comprehensive session is tailored for line managers, covering essential strategies from initiating informal discussions to understanding the formalities of the dismissal process. We focus on providing practical tools and legal insights to help you confidently support staff improvement and make informed decisions when you need to progress to a formal process.

This short workshop will help you as a line manager to:

  • Understand the legal framework you must follow

All participants will need access to a laptop or PC with camera and sound in a quiet space. Please have your camera on if possible during the training as this makes is more enjoyable for everyone.

Zoom joining instructions will be sent as part of the joining instructions.

We will send the slides out to all participants after the workshop.
