The aim of this course is to refresh your telephone skills to ensure that you represent your organisation with professionalism.
The workshop helps you brush up on your telephone answering skills. If you have ever wished you could think of the right words quickly and professionally whilst on the telephone, this course is for you.

If working online, all participants will need access to a laptop or PC. Zoom joining instructions will be sent as part of the meeting invitations unless the organisation prefers to use its own video conferencing facility.
