Do you ever feel like a fraud and not good enough?

Imposter syndrome can be a real issue for you as a line manager because it can make you doubt your own abilities and decisions. This self-doubt can lead to stress and hinder your effectiveness in leading your team. When you’re not confident in your role, it can affect your team’s morale and their trust in your leadership.

This short workshop will explore more about imposter syndrome and importantly send you away with some tips and techniques to manage it.

During the workshop we will cover:

  • What is imposter syndrome
  • Who can suffer from it
  • Symptoms causes and effects of imposter syndrome
  • A few simple tips to reduce imposter syndrome

Who should attend the workshop

  • Managers, team leads and staff in a supervisory role within primary care

All participants will need access to a laptop or PC with camera and sound in a quiet space. Please have your camera on if possible during the training as this makes is more enjoyable for everyone.
