Feedback
The course was brilliantly presented and helped me in my role - I know what I need to do and now have the tools to help me - thank you so much (May 2023)
I really enjoyed the course and interacting with the other participants (May 2023)
The break out rooms was fun. It was great that people were interactive which enabled me learn plenty. (March 2024)
I think the most important thing for me was the strong message " Don't be afraid to Manage" . We seem to be bogged down with the law and HR guidance being heavily weighted towards the employee (not always a bad thing I agree) but now I feel more confident in tackling some issues that I might well otherwise have been VERY cautious about! (March 2024)
I found the real life examples and situations very useful in making the learning practical to the workplace.(March 2024)
